We manufacture Cathodic Protection Anodes: aluminum & zinc, with our own brand name “ICS”. Our foundry is based in Cileungsi, Bogor and has been in operation since 1990.

With years of experience, we have gained a network of important partners and vendors to help you obtain the most effective and efficient Impressed Current system.

Our engineers help calculate and design the required protection for your assets should the service is required. Our Chief Engineer is certified with NACE level 2 qualification

Cathodic Protection is a method of controlling corrosion to cancel the anodic areas, by supplying continuously artificial protective current to eliminate the corrosion current flowing from a metal surface.

At ICS we help clients choose between Sacrificial (Galvanic) or Impressed Current Cathodic Protection System.

Offshore assets are one of the things that we provide protections for. We know you have spent countless hours and resources to built the asset, and require peace of mind that the asset will continue to last.

Likewise on shore assets are just as valueable as its off shore counterpart. We have done many projects protecting pipelines, underground tanks and others to ensure that the assets reach their potential lifetime.

ICS products are widely used by marine and pipeline contractors, as well as shipping and oil companys in Indonesia. ICS products are also exported to Singapore, Kuwait, and the UAE.

CASTING & PRODUCTION

Our foundry is located in Cileungsi, Bogor and is responsible for the casting and production of sacrificial anodes, aluminum & zinc, which carries the ICS brand name and logo.

QUALITY & STANDARDS

ICS Factory follows the ISO 9001:2008 and OHSAS 18001:2007 standard of operations. It is also equipped with laboratory for chemical consumption testings, in compliance with NACE/DNV standard testing.

QUALIFICATION

Our Senior Engineer is NACE Level 2 certified. We also have access to other certified engineers should their services be required.

OTHER SERVICES

ICS also provide design and calculation service for engineering work. Additional services include installation supervisions, as well as CIPS (Close Interval Potential Survey).
